To Platinger: I'm with you. For Pink Floyd their music is in front and themselves are in the back. Nightwish just showing up. No offence but they touch nothing in my soul. Hundreds years ago Beethoven's teacher told him: "the music is always the same as the composer" . Still true.

In my eyes there is one major difference between Nightwish and Pink Floyd. Nightwish are mainstream. Pink Floyd never were. There are lots of bands you can compare to Nightwish - but none is like Pink Floyd. I do like 1 or 2 Nightwish songs (walking in the air f.e.) - but Pink Floyd are geniuses.
