Tesla was obviously extra terrestrial. he arrived on this planet @ 12:00 o clock during an extremely powerful electrical storm. this provided cover for whatever means of transportation brought him here. you can look at his physical features & see that a 'normal' human.

Its better not to release these inventions. If Tesla burned his own patents I would understand. Where would this world be heading? We are allready on a spirall towards destruction. These inventions would only speed it up. But if not, than there would be those that would abuse this unlimited power.
