You can log on to multiple penguins to check if you are doing it.

Yeah, Club Penguin made it so you cannot turn safe chat on and off without logging off. You could always go into a safe chat server if you want.

Mine isnt like that so i went on a safe chat world and tried that way but when it said take safe chat off i was like :O and i tried keeping safe chat on (cos i had to lol) but i dont think it worked ill ask sum1

Make sure that you ask a person who was in the room from when you originally opened the newspaper, if they leave and come back they wont see it. A good way to do this is to go on multiple accounts to see yourself doing it.
