This is Main Street in Janesville, WI on June 26, 2008. The flooding has began to go down but it is destroying this parking lot and still covers the entire road. Officials say to stay out of the water because of a large presence of E-Coli and the obvious danger. They will not try to rescue anyone who falls in or enters the water.
