53 inches, 24.5 pound Sturgeon caught out of the frozen St. Louis River on New Years Eve 2007. Keep in mind it is against the law to target these fish. the Sturgeon was out of the water for only a couple minutes and immediately released. warning/caution, parental advisory, explicit content (language).
