Nigeria's military has launched a crackdown on oil gangs in an attempt to avert an oil supply crisis. The country loses on average 650,000 barrels a day because of attacks on pipelines. Haru Mutasa had exclusive access to the military's operations in the Niger Delta, where the theft of crude oil is rampant.
