The findings of the Iraq Study Group highlighted the increasing need to politically engage with Iran and Syria. Amidst the clear political polarisation between the states of Iran and America, this report investigates the US administration's 'no talk' policy towards Iran. Mujahideen e Khalq, also known as the Mek or MKO, listed in the US list of terrorist organisations is amongst the world's most well equipped and organised terrorist organisations. Their well accounted attacks on Iranian civilians and the political edifice following the revolution are well known. This report however, investigates the systematic pyschological torture procedures and unethical practices of this terrorist organisation.
