This is a beautiful and delicate piece of music performed by the internationally accaimed pipa soloist Liu Fang(劉芳) with the fabulous percussionist Ziya Tabassian. Here is what comes from her official website: http://www.philmultic.com/liufang/video/ : "The night of bonfire festival" composed by Wu Junsheng in the 1980s for pipa solo. This piece is performed by Liu Fang (pipa 琵琶) and Ziya Tabassian (framed drum 手鼓), recorded live during the concert on March 27, 2002(**).
